How Naming Rights Work
Naming rights are subject to availability and approval by The Ember Alliance, Inc. Final terms — including duration, recognition elements, payment structure, and branding use — are confirmed only through a signed written agreement.
Naming rights do not convey ownership, governance authority, or operational control over The Ember Alliance or any of its facilities unless explicitly stated in the agreement. All names and recognition must align with the organization's mission, youth-safety standards, and nonprofit compliance requirements.
Recognition elements may include exterior and interior signage, digital recognition, press announcements, program materials, and event acknowledgments, matched to the partnership level and construction phase.
All pricing is available upon request. Terms are discussed privately and finalized through written agreement.
Payment Options
Single Payment
One upfront payment covering the full naming rights term. Immediate activation of all naming recognition and visibility upon facility completion.
Multi-Year Payout
Equal annual installments spread over the agreement term. Naming rights are locked for the full term with no price escalation. Recognition begins upon facility completion.
