How Programs Work
Every S.T.E.A.M. program follows a proven structure that builds skills session by session.
Join a Cohort
Sign up for a program that matches your interests and age group. No prerequisites, no tryouts. Just show up ready to learn.
Build Projects
Work alongside peers and mentors on hands-on projects designed to teach real skills through real creation. Every session produces something tangible.
Grow Skills + Confidence
By the end of each program, students walk away with portfolio-ready work, new technical abilities, and the confidence to keep building.
Real-World Outcomes
Our programs are engineered around the competencies that matter most — in school, in careers, and in life.
Problem Solving
Students learn to break complex challenges into manageable steps and work toward solutions with confidence.
Team Collaboration
Every project includes collaborative elements that teach communication, delegation, and shared accountability.
Digital Literacy
From software tools to digital workflows, students build comfort and fluency with the technology that drives modern work.
Engineering Mindset
Design, test, iterate, improve. Students internalize the engineering cycle through every project they build.
Creative Confidence
Students discover that creativity is a skill — one that grows with practice, feedback, and encouragement.
Portfolio-Ready Projects
Every program produces tangible work students can showcase to teachers, colleges, employers, and their community.
Students don't just participate — they build real skills and real work.
Designed for Accessibility & Inclusion
Every young person — regardless of background, experience, or ability — is welcomed, supported, and challenged here. Our labs are built to be beginner-friendly, inclusive, and fully accessible.
Beginner-Friendly On Purpose
Every lab and program is designed from the ground up to welcome students with zero prior experience. Curriculum starts at the fundamentals and builds progressively so no one is left behind.
Supportive Mentors & Structure
Trained mentors guide every session, providing individualized support, encouragement, and scaffolded instruction that meets students where they are.
Welcoming, Safe & Respectful Environment
Our S.T.E.A.M. & Esports Center is a single 88,000 sq ft building with S.T.E.A.M. labs on the first floor, esports on the second, and a 58,000 sq ft bowl-style arena at its heart. The entire facility is fully ADA accessible with sensory-friendly rooms, quiet spaces, and an inclusive culture built on mutual respect and belonging. Every program is equally valued — no one is left out.
