Safeguarding

Youth Safety Is Non-Negotiable

The safety and well-being of every young person on our campus is our highest priority. We maintain rigorous safeguarding standards that exceed industry best practices.

Background Checks

Every staff member, volunteer, and contractor who interacts with youth undergoes comprehensive criminal background checks, including national sex offender registry screening, before they set foot on campus.

Training

All team members complete mandatory youth protection training covering abuse recognition, reporting protocols, boundary-setting, and de-escalation techniques. Training is renewed annually.

Supervision

We maintain strict adult-to-youth ratios across all programs. No one-on-one unsupervised interactions between adults and youth are permitted. All program areas are designed with open sightlines and monitored spaces.

Reporting

We maintain clear, accessible reporting procedures for any safety concern. All staff are mandatory reporters. Reports are investigated promptly and thoroughly, with full cooperation with law enforcement when required.

Continuous Improvement

Our safety protocols are reviewed and updated regularly based on industry best practices, incident reviews, and feedback from families and staff.
