About the Organization
The Ember Alliance, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 41-2517019) dedicated to youth development through sports, S.T.E.A.M. education, and esports. We are based in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Our facilities are currently in development, and program information on this website reflects current plans that may be subject to change.

Donations
All donations made through this website are processed securely through Zeffy, a donation platform designed for nonprofit organizations. Zeffy handles all payment processing; The Ember Alliance does not directly collect or store payment card information.
Donations to The Ember Alliance are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Our EIN is 41-2517019. Donation receipts are issued via email through Zeffy. All donations are final unless otherwise required by law. If you have questions about a donation, contact us at contact@theemberallianceinc.org.
Program Registration
Information submitted through forms on this website -- including contact forms, rental inquiries, program registrations, and newsletter signups -- is processed through Netlify and stored securely. Submitting a registration form constitutes an expression of interest and does not constitute binding enrollment in any program. Final enrollment is confirmed separately by The Ember Alliance and may be subject to additional requirements, availability, and applicable fees.
Naming Rights & Partnerships
Information about naming rights and partnership opportunities on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or binding agreement. All naming rights and partnership arrangements are subject to separate written agreements negotiated and signed by both parties.
